3. Early Bird Discount- send in the registration form and $15 by Sept. 8th and receive an

4. Full Payment Discount- the full balance by the 1st class and receive another discount
5. PaCyber Charter students- must sign up for a Full Session (12 weeks). You may sign up
for 2 sessions. Do not send in a fee with the registration. PaCyber will be billed by
Monart. You will receive a FREE gift from Artsonia with your student's artwork on it.
Payment Options
1. Pay the full amount by the 1st class and receive the discounted price.
2. Make 3 or more payments during the scheduled session. Payment envelopes are located
in the art room.
Enrollment and Payment Policy
Classes can be started at any time. Cost is prorated. Classes maybe added or canceled as needed. All payments are for either a Full session or a Half session unless noted. Classes can be made up during the paid session ONLY. NO REFUNDS are given. Adjustments are considered in extreme medical situations. Classes canceled by the instructor will be made up.
How to Enroll
1. Print out a registration form for each student. See top of page for the registration form (PDF).
2. Mail the registration form with $15.00 (1 per family) to the Monart Office:

3. Registration fee will be deducted from the total class fee. Consider an alternate day if enrolling for the first time. You will be confirmed by telephone.
4. All students signing up for a Full Session will receive a FREE Gift from Artsonia with your
student's artwork on it.
5. Remember! To receive the Full Payment discount, you must pay in full by the first
class. To receive the Early Bird Discount you must send the registration form and $15 by
Sept. 8th.
